Co-op and restoration example videos
The videos in this section are public contributions under "Fair Use" policy to help others understand ecological co-op and non-profit business potentials. Glance through dialog as you review the videos on how non-profit and co-op initiatives focus business and employment opportunities improving communities overall.
co-op systems in participation with non-profit or not-for-profit groups create a powerful assembly of ownership / employment for those skilled or learning in farming, agriculture, animal husbandry, arbor (tree) farming and many other local community resources.
By combining owners and land tracts to contractual partnerships for planting, harvesting, processing, grazing and improving, the owner's land resources can be upgraded to a truly sustainable crop / livestock working assembly, providing restored soil production and water aquifer recovery. Those providing the efforts and / or equipment / assets benefit as self directed ownership with net profits distributed to the group, rather than to another capital investor above them.
One of the most important aspects of combining non-profit and co-op community strategies is understanding HOW to assemble those seeking opportunity, with those holding land, equipment, livestock or other assets. Carbon Analytic NPO helps identify those agreements and assemble a local initiative to reach those goals.
When the crops of interest focus on a combined ratio of biomass production, cash crops and / or food production, the result will always be beneficial to the local community as teams of non-profit groups partner with land holders, equipment vendors, transportation and other livestock resources.
By focusing on biomass production CA is instrumental is assuring there is sufficient need for consumption to build value into the biomass crop rotations. Cultivated biomass is any form of grown product which produces a source of "carbon neutral" energy, insuring a sustainable process. CA distributes the biomass into highly specialized refinement and energy producing systems which contribute to reducing CO2, heat and water vapor to "Net Negative" output. CA further provides a portion of the refinement which consumes viable waste which would otherwise end up in landfills. CA supports biomass production on a scale netting more biomass total produced than directly consumed, insuring there is never a form of clear cutting lumber yield leaving land unproductive.
This means the more biomass that is grown, the more we replenish the losses of shade and vitality lost during clear cutting and / or non-sustainable farming practices of past decades. Severe combined sources of tree cultivation intermixed with food crops, hay crops, industrial hemp crops, means a first year annual yield is produced which in turn supports a 5-10 year growth period of trees which begin to support continual selective harvesting perpetually, mixed with various food and / or grazing crops.
The use of livestock foraging / grazing provides sustainability of fertilization while providing healthy feed stocks for the livestock.
The videos on the right are provided for educational purpose and example to help identify these practices and processes. Each is provided on its own merit as a Fair Use reproduction of the source video.
